Last Thursday in Glasgow marked a powerful milestone, the launch of Energyz Black Scotland. More than just an event, it was a bold step toward a more inclusive energy sector. From its roots as an idea among friends to a thriving platform of over 600 members, Energyz Black is creating real opportunities for Black professionals through mentorship, community, and representation. I was honoured to speak on the panel and witness this inspiring, full-circle moment. This is just the beginning.
